Recipe Hake

Hake h&g prepared with mixed herbs

Ingredients:
4 pieces of hake h&g
one glass of white wine
a clove of garlic
3 sliced onions
mixed herbs
vinegar
salt and pepper
100 gr bread crumbs
100 gr grated cheese


Directions:
Put a piece of hake in a pan with a glass of white wine, a clove of garlic, sliced onions, mixed herbs and a thread of vinegar. Cover and let cook over a low flame for half an hour. Take off the skin, bone it and detach the fillets. Put them on a plate; salt, pepper; sprinkle on bread crumbs with fine herbs and grated cheese. Serve hot with thick sauce augmented by a little butter.
